She is survived by: her husband Richard LeRoy Blake; and her children, Rebecca Kangas (Randall) of Battle Ground, Washington, Jesee Guay (Ben) of Longview, Washington, Mandy Becker of Battle Ground, Washington, Matt Blake of Kamas, Utah, Benjamin Blake (Katelynd) of Stansbury Park, Utah, James Blake (Jessica) of Valley View, Texas and Jonathan Blake (Kerri) of Clinton, Utah. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
