He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Lewellyn Palmer (Kenny). He is survived by: his mother Jill Russell; his wife Tiffany Gail Collier; his children, Braxton and Avery; and his siblings, Brett Palmer (Tara), Leah Harris (Justin), Stesha D'Amico (Nick) and Payton Palmer (Pamela).
