She was predeceased by : her mother Tamra Gardner Howell; and her siblings-in-law, Vance and Alta Terry Allred. She is survived by : her husband Terry; her children, Amber Sappington (Patrick), Jena Allred and Ethan Allred; her father Allen Howell; her siblings, Gregg Howell (Connie), Sandy Howell, Staci Sutherland (Craig), Kristen Salazar (Greg) and Katie Martin (Justin); and her sister-in-law Ashlyn Oshinski (Bob).
