He was predeceased by : his parents, Leland Dalley and Zola Dalley (Carter); his former life partner Sandra Emett (Emett); his siblings, Richard Dalley and Leola Hatch; and his granddaughter Rachel Bundy.

He is survived by : his wife Darlene (Dowsett); his daughters, Heather Bracken of Enterprise, UT and Terece Radmall of Eagle Mountain, UT; and his grandchildren, Austin, Dakota, Challen, Hannah, Rebekah, Joseph, Joshua and Peter. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
