He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Tabitha Behunin and Angus Munn Cannon of Torrey, Utah; his siblings, Bert Cannon (Golda), Effie Cannon, Bill Cannon (Lora Mae), Dale Cannon and Fay Cannon; his daughter-in-law Christy Cannon; and his grandchildren, Tami Nelson, Alix Cannon and Brody Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Winger Cannon; his children, Kathy Bentley (Kenneth), Gordon Cannon, Kris Nelson (Jim), Doug Cannon (Cindy), Jo Woodbury (Scott) and Greg Cannon (Heather); and his sister-in-law Daphne Cannon. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, forty-two great-grandchildren, one great, great, granddaughter.
