He is survived by: his wife Colleen H Staples; his children, Sally Rae Waldo, Michael Leo Staples, Cindy Clark, Leslie Ann Olson, Jodie Topham and Billie Jean Davis; and his stepchildren, Gregory James McClary and Vicki Lynne Bacigalupi. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
