We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2022, at the age of 79, Mavis Ruth Edwards Heywood of Hurricane, Utah, born in Richfield, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lila Edwards; her significant other Robert Leland Heywood; her mother Alma Edwards; her siblings, Marlynn Edwards and Diane Hanson; and her grandchildren, John Carlos Johnson, Jr., Nathan Alma Heywood and Courtnie Heywood.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathleen Faerber (LeRoy) and Becky Edwards (Colin); and her children, Correne Johnson (John Carlos Sr), Robert Craig Heywood (Becky), David Alma Heywood (Kerry), Deborah Ann Morgan (Miles) and Jason Lopaka Heywood (Kristi). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and other dear relatives and friends.
