He is survived by: his wife Ann McDonald; and his children, Deborah Christensen (Mike), David Kirk McDonald (Sherri), Michelle Furse (Jeff), Shauna Ann Johnson (Sean) and Mathew Scott McDonald (Becky). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
