He is survived by: his wife Rose Lorraine Johnson Baldwin; and his children, Victoria Ann Thompson, Kimberly Lyn Daley, Jeffrey Ronald Baldwin and Kenneth Bryan Baldwin. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
