He was predeceased by: his parents, Elnora Poulsen and Clifford Leroy Poulsen; his siblings, Dawna Hobbs, Clifford Poulsen, Colleen Hadfield and Standley Poulsen; and his grandson Colton Poulsen.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Murray Poulsen; his children, Patsy Ross (Ben) of Orem, David Poulsen (Joy) of St. George, Diane Sherwood (Loid) of Nampa and Clare Poulsen (Carrie) of Cedar City, Utah; and his grandchildren, Scott Ross, Bryce Poulsen, John Sherwood, Bryan Poulsen, Amber Sherwood, Debra Sherwood, Bradyn Poulsen, Katie Ross Liu, Hally Ross Gontes, Cara Poulsen and Cody Poulsen.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hurricane Stake Center (677 S 700 W, Hurricane, UT 84737). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Military Honors Hurricane City Cemetery (250 East 600 North, Hurricane, UT 84737). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Hurricane City Cemetery (250 East 600 North, Hurricane, UT 84737).
