He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Sr. Ann and Linda Ann; and his aunts and uncles, Slyvia, Janet, Bill and Dean Donnadio.
He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Donnadio; his granddaughter Emma; his siblings, Linda (Elie), Nicole (Eric), Nadine Ames (Andrew "Bear") and Roosevelt; his nieces and nephews, Elie Delvalle of Harper Anglin, JT, Joshua, Julieanne, Devin Johnson and Bryson Matlock; and his friend Joe Fonda.
