She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchiel Hall; her parents, Russell "Bob" Nathan Phillips and Joyce "Dolly" Casper Phillips; her brothers, Doug Phillips, Kenneth Phillips, Billy Phillips and Steve Phillips; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Phillips and Barbara Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Hadlock, Roosevelt, Lanie Hancock (Daryl) of Wolf Creek, NC and Rennie Hall; her brother Craig Phillips; and her sister-in-law Lois Lems. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
