He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Delos Winterton and Nida Willoughby Winterton; his parents-in-law, Earl Byron and Maude Woolley Goodrich; his wife Jean Goodrich Winterton; his son Alan G Winterton; his brothers, Don W Winterton and Keith W Winterton; his great grandchild Taylor Lynn Connell; his daughter-in-law Jodi Lyn Mattice Winterton; and his siblings-in-law, Vivian Lee McConkie, Anne Goodrich Daugherty, Gwen Hollingworth, Ted Lee Daugherty, Graham Hollingworth, William Cook and Rod Galloway.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Waldyn (Patrick), Dale G Winterton (Kelari), Susan Wilkerson (Donovan) and Scott G Winterton (Victoria); his sister Diane Cook Galloway; and his sister-in-law Bobbi Wayman Winterton. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.
