He is survived by: his former wives, Cathy Wilkerson, Shari Saloga and Pamela Kouris; his children, Joey Rigby (Travis) of Spingcreek, Nevada, Justin Underwood of Spingcreek, Nevada, Carrie Sanders (Colin) of Spingcreek, Nevada, Johnny Johnson (Kristi), Chris Johnson (Rhonda), Roosevetl, Jay Underwood, Jr. (Nicole) and Vernal; and his siblings, Kim Olsen (Roosevelt), Shaune Underwood (Roosevelt), Jodi Horrocks (Pete) and Mark Underwood (Roosevelt). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
