He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Victor and Rebecca Casaus Segura; his daughter Elizabeth Segura; and his siblings, Gilbert, Ricky, Andy, Susie and Priscilla.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Segura; his children, Lisa Galicia (Daniel Ashley), Matthew Tuinman (Cassie) and Michael Tuinman (Nicole); and his siblings, Maclovio Segura (Dorothy), Frank Segura (Vi), Jerry Segura (Carman), Virginia Segura, Silvia Segura, Diane Segura, Pam Segura Dee Seddell (Maria) and Robert Segura (Bonnie). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
