It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Lewis (Roosevelt, Utah), who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Allen Leroy Lewis; her son Bobby Lewis; her grandson Seth Lewis; and her parents, Manuel Soriano and Severa Padilla.

She is survived by : her daughters, RoseMarie Lewis and Linda Louis Lewis; her grandchildren, Matthew, Taleena, Derrick, Tristin, Jarren, Cindy and David; and her great grandchildren, Faith, Deja, Kayden, Lilly, Zane, Max, Archie, Kiara, Aydon, Brixton and Draiden.
