She was predeceased by: her father Lester Wallace. She is survived by: her mother Carole Shepard Wallace (Harold) of Roosevelt; her pet Marshall; her children, Russell Liddell (Camille Lusty) of Vernal, Miranda Liddell of Roosevelt and Haily Dart (Prentice) of Roosevelt; her stepson Gage Bolton (Kyzlee) of Roosevelt; her granddaughter Fallon Dart; and her brother Quinn Monsen of Bluebell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a local mental health or suicide prevention charity in Leslie's honor, helping others find the support and hope they need during difficult times.
