We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2024, at the age of 69, LouAnn Horrocks (Roosevelt, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ray E Jensen and Hattie Gardner Jensen; her husband Chad H Horrocks; her sons, Clay Horrocks (Kelly) of Neola and Quinn Horrocks (Terri) of Hayden; her grandchildren, Hallie Oloapu (Liahona), Hanna Ison (Austin), Brayden, Hunter and Avery; her siblings, Dennis Jensen, Brad Jensen (Cindy), Jerilee Theurer (Rick) and Tammie Olsen (Jay); her mother-in-law Fay; her brother Larry Jensen; her nephews, Dax Olsen and Cole Horrocks; and her father-in-law Howard R Horrocks. She was also cherished by three great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Neola Chapel (9000 North 2000 West, Neola, UT 84053). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Neola Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (9000 North 2000 West, Neola, UT 84053).
