He is survived by: his brother Seth R. Winterton (Sue); his sister-in-law Maureen Placa; his children, Denean Vreeland (Stephen), Delia Johnson, Danalee Madson (Scott), Devan Jeoff Winterton (Susan) and Deloy Rex "Dex" Winterton (Sherry); and his significant other Carolyn. He is also survived by grandchildren; and seven sweet great-grandchildren.
