He is survived by: his wife Sylene Burgi of Roosevelt; his children, Tyler Accuttoroop (Rachel), Angela Accuttoroop (Taunilee Accuttoroop), Misty Farnsworth (Kyle) and Nicholas Accuttoroop (Vernal); and his siblings, Armond Accuttoroop of Ft. Duchesne, Christine Santio (Darrell) of Ft. Duchesne, Wesley Accuttoroop, Jr. of Ft. Duchesne, Helen Walsh of Ft. Duchesne and John Wesley Accuttoroop. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
