A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ballard Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (502 N 600 E St, Roosevelt, UT 84066). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at the Roosevelt Memorial Park (240 US-40, Roosevelt, UT 84066).
