He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Robert Shifflet and Ardithe Nadine Clinton; his wife Debra Ann Markey; and his daughter Soraya Wyasket. He is survived by: his sons, Terrence "Ty" Basham (Karri) and Weldon Raines; and his siblings, Diana Hadlock, Pam Boone (Monty), Cody Shifflet (Beverly) and Lowell Shifflet (Gwen). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
