He is survived by: his daughter Abbigail Maylett; his siblings, Kris Maylett (Tara) of Roosevelt, Michiel Bostick (Kirk) of Roosevelt, Nikka Maylett, Vernal and Sheldon Underwood; and his nieces and nephews, Alexie, Kaylee, Krista Maylett, Madison Mosier (Brock), Malorie Bostick, Ryker and Kensingtyn Long.
