Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hullinger Mortuary (457 E 300 N, Roosevelt, UT 84066). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Annabella Cemetery.
