She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnes Tebbs Barney and Frances Elizabeth Bertz; her husband Edward Eugene Wiggins; and her siblings, Frances Ellen Lauper, George Burnes Barney and Joseph Alma Barney.
She is survived by: her children, Maryann Stevens (Lee) of Provo, Robert Wiggins (Jan) of Ivins, Nancy Richards (Craig) of Cedar City, Patricia Tracy of South Ogden, James Wiggins (Kay), David (Julie) of Hurricane and Scott (Kristi) of Roosevelt. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Primary Children's Medical Center, the LDS Church Perpetual Education Fund or the Huntsman's Cancer Research Foundation.
