She was predeceased by: her parents, Stan Byington and Julia Byington; her brother David Byington; her brother-in-law Hal Fowler; and her in-laws, Heath and Helen Fowler.

She is survived by: her husband Brent Fowler; her sons, Rick Curtis and Jason Fowler (Maggie); her sisters, Teressa Carroll, Ellice Rezaii, Pam Draper and Mary Byington; her sisters-in-law, Heather Tuck and Barb Fowler; and her caregiver Annie.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter or to the Elders of the Navajo Nation Navajo Relief Fund (NRF) - PWNA (https://nativepartnership.org) in Chris' honor.
