He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Spilker; his parents, William Henry and Johanna Spilker; his sisters, Herta, Erna, Hilda and Elfreida; his grandson Cody Spilker; and his great grandchild Caemen Spilker.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Daybell; and his children, Marsha Christensen (Roger), Clark Spilker (Janet), Janna Hall (John), Chuck Spilker (Connie) and Mike Spilker (Ann).
