He was predeceased by: his father Lee Case; his half-brothers, Ed and Bob Case; and his grandparents, Byron, Lelia Harsh, Leo and Ina Case.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Harsh Case; his sisters, Carolee Neel (late John), Andrea Hill and Heather Passey (Rob); and his foster sister Cindy Price (Ray). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
