He is survived by: his children, Joni, Rich Swanson of South Weber, Utah, Brian Johansen of St. George, Utah, Kayla and Cameron West of Layton, Utah; his stepdaughter Tammy Larsen of Wyoming; and his brother Daniel Johansen (Janet) of St. George, Utah.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
