He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Veloy Walton Sr. and LaRue Simmons; his former wife Sharee Brugger Walton; his wife Norinne Smith Holt Walton; his brothers, Warren and Ivan Jr.; and his grandsons, Daniel Peperone, Braden Peperone and Jacob Woodruff.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Winward (Dean), Pam Peperone, Karen Woodruff (Barry), David Walton (Kathy) and Mark Walton (Kaylene); his stepchildren, Kathryn Day (James), George Stanford Holt (Julie), Rebecca Johnson (Randall), Elizabeth Hall (Gary), Richard Darin Holt (Ashley) and Rachell Holt; and his sister Janis Christiansen. He is also survived by 5 children, 25 grandchildren, and 47 great-grandchildren.
