He is survived by: his wife Mary Faddis Godfrey; his children, Nate of Pleasant Grove, Natalie (Tyson Skeen) of Provo and Nicole (Jaxon Karren) of Spanish Fork; and his siblings, Robert Godfrey, Susan Faddis and Melanie Coe.
