He is survived by: his wife Annette Cook; his children, Robert (Holly), Brad (Emily), Tyler (Leilani), Jay (Natalie) and Angela (Devan); and his siblings, David Hacking, Margaret Pounder and Maryelen Brown. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
