She is survived by: her husband Lynn Ellsworth; her aunt Lue Arnold; her siblings, Dwight Smith and LuAnn Payne; and her children, Luke (Liz Ellsworth), Effie (Brent Kitchen), Esther (Lindsay Pugmire), Amy (Bob Eakins), Paul (Melissa Ellsworth) and Susan (Jason Green). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
