He was loved and cherished by many people including : his siblings, Leeann Kaae (Clint), Daniel Parker, Shelly Wright, Denise Brenneck (Russ) and David Parker (Sarah); his stepfather Oscar Derell Parker; his former life partner Heidi Stevens; his daughter Jennifer Black (Trent); his wife Lisa Allen; and his daughters, Becky Johansen (Troels), Holly Zesiger, Nicki Painter (Lewis), Jamie Price (Seth) and Michelle Genck (Cameron). He was also cherished by His mother, Clea Colleen Palmer had six children, with Jeff being the eldest son.
