She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kenneth and Afton Peterson Adams; her husband Glade Southam; her son Dustin Southam; and her brothers, Kenneth Adams, William Adams and James Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Buchanan (Southam) of St. George, UT., Brian Southam of St. George, UT. and Brenda Southam of St. George, UT.; her grandchildren, Parker Buchanan, Natalia Southam and Zacharay Southam; her great grandchild Noah Buchanan; and her sister Joan Townsend of St. George, UT.
