It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Kay Mackenzie of Saint George, Utah, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Shoup and Irene Shoup; her brother Robert Shoup; and her siblings-in-law, Clara Jean Shoup, Dorothy Shoup, Keith Myers and Peter Stamburger.
She is survived by: her husband Ben Mackenzie of St. George, Utah; her children, James Mackenzie (Maria) of Lexington, Missouri, John Mackenzie (Bree) of Rexburg, Idaho and Christy Garrett (Tyler) of Boise, Idaho; and her siblings, Bill Shoup, Elinore Myers and Arlene Jambor (Glenn). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 16+ great-grandchildren.
