He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Mulliner and Laura Judd Mulliner; his siblings, Marlene Frederick, Laura Dean Margetts, Samuel Bernard Mulliner and Dell Roy Mulliner; and his granddaughter Jacee Jo James.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Mulliner; his children, Lori Langenecker (John), JoLynn Price, Paul Judd Mulliner, Jr. (Colleen), Wynn Barry Mulliner (Stacy) and Bradley Charles Mulliner (Tracy); and his sister Ellen Archibald. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-granddaughters.
