With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Earl Casper (Saint George, Utah), born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Rita; his former wife Marreen; his sister Cheryl; and his great grandchild Holden Cottrell.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Packer; his children, Bill Casper (Becky) of Driftwood, TX, Ron Casper (Lisa) of West Jordan, UT, Jared Casper (Juli) of Monticello, AR, Marnie Cottrell (Steve) of Monticello, AR and Jeni Olsen (Chris) of Gilbert, AZ; and his brother Richard Casper. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the LDS Chapel (1610 N Dixie Downs Rd, St. George, UT 84770).
