He was predeceased by: his parent Dayle Monson; and his brother DeRay "Buggs" Monson. He is survived by: his wife Shelley; his children, Matt Monson (Jeny) of St. George, Adam (Eryka) of St. George and McCall (Christian Morrison) of Holladay; his grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Avery, Jordan, Anna, Zane, Hayes, Enya, Fenix, Niels, Vaughn, Cash, Jack and Reese; his brother Bob Monson (Susan) of Ogden, Utah; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Monson of St. George.
