He was predeceased by: his son Austin Jensen; and his sister Teri Jensen-Hopkins. He is survived by: his mother Karen Jensen of Tooele, Utah.; his wife Carol Gora Jensen; his sons, Cody Jensen (Jami), Shad Jensen (Cindy) of Tooele and Aaron Jensen (Mary); his grandchildren, Hannah Schlund (Dusty) and Devan "Blaze" Jensen of Tooele; his great grandchild Lyla Schlund; and his brother Chris Jensen (Jody) of Tooele.
