It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Preston Hafen of Veyo, Utah, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Ernest Hafen and Vella Ruth Morris Hafen; his family Kim; his brother Kim; and his brothers-in-law, Tony Heaton, Dan and Kenneth Jolley.
He is survived by: his family, Pres, Vella, Brooks, Lonny, Penny, Janet and Ruby; his daughter Kim Natalie (Mark Ahrenholtz); his family Alaskan; his wife Dorothy Kay Lytle; his children, Kailoni (Eric Grothe), Mishaun Hafen and Justin (John Hurley Hafen); his grandchildren, Devin (Melissa), Travis (Jamie), Lissa (Santina), Dylon, Hayley (Austin), Karly and Sydney (Dexter); his great grandchildren, Truett, Francesca, Lennon, Emma, Colt, Rhett, Sofia, Luca, Roczen, Chloe, Juniper and Weston; and his siblings, Brooks Hafen (Darrylin), Penny Barben (Gordon), Janet and Ruby Heaton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as cousins and friends.
