He is survived by: his children, Kurtis, Steffany, Aaron, Richard and Marcus; his wife Dorene Glade of Washington, Utah; his daughter-in-law Britta Glade of Laguna Beach, California; his son Matthew Glade of Kirkland, Washington; his children-in-law, James Gleim of Elk Grove, California, Corrie Glade of Sammamish, Washington, Melissa Glade of Fayette, Adrianna Glade of Temecula, California and Jake Thulin of Lake Elsinore, California; his sister Joan; his brother-in-law Brian Williams; his siblings, Douglas Glade and Carol; his brother-in-law Gary Haroldsen; his brother Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Glade and Robert Hobson. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren.
