It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Payne-Meyer (Putney, Vermont), born in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Thelma Payne and Rick Payne; her husband Rod of Putney; her sons, Oakley of Putney, Rowan of Putney and Shad of Bend; and her siblings, Jan Terradotter, Victoria Bradford, Gary Payne, Kevin Payne and Dean Payne. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

“Rod, Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of Cynthia. I just now googled her name to find out that she passed away. My heart is broken. I know how much she fought to overcome the disability of the accident. You and your family have been in my heart and will always be. God bless you and your family.
