It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine A Hailey in Belfair, Washington, born in Missoula, Montana, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Juliana Jacober (Bierwagen) and Otto Henry Jacober; her former life partner David Shortridge (Mitchell Dan Hailey Sr.); and her siblings, Leslie George Jacober Sr. and Glenna Jacober Barnes.

She is survived by : her children, Steven Patrick Hailey Sr. (Patricia), Michael David Shortridge (Laure), Mitchell Dan Hailey Jr. (Joan) and Rita Buckles (late Bud). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces, and nephews.
