With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debby Lynn Best of Bremerton, Washington, who passed away on December 20, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean and Theodore "Ted"; her brother Peter; her niece Rachel; and her brother-in-law Robert "Bob".
She is survived by: her husband Dave; her children, Kelly (Trestin), Jayson and Sara; and her siblings, Bill (Pati), Janet, Brian (Val) and Mary (Greg). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rachel Lynn Henley Foundation in her honor.
