He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Sapp and Vera Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Rose Sapp; his daughter-in-law Ester Sapp; his grandson Kyle Sapp; and his stepdaughters, Cindy Baker (David) of Washington, Chris Jones (Steve) of Washington and Cathy Johnston (Bill) of Washington. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and multiple cousins & nephews.
