She was predeceased by: her father Wilson C. "Bud" Maves. She is survived by: her mother Lorraine Maves; her son Ryan; her sister Kelly Stokes (Maves); her nieces, Jamie Dickson (Coombe) and Lindsey Armitage (Coombe); her nephew Bradley Coombe; her uncle Russ Maves; her aunt Sandy McRae; and her cousins, Linda Benthin, Shyla Maves, Nicole Herrera, Skye Beamenderfer, Kevin McRae, Brett and Adam Maves.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Marol's name to the Elks Therapy Program for Children, ℅ Bremerton Elks, 4131 Pine Rd, Bremerton, WA 98310.
