He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollo Slyke and Edna Van Slyke. He is survived by: his brother Noel Van Slyke; his wife Deanna Van Slyke (Price); his children, Rollo K. VanSlyke II (Rebecca), David Van Slyke (Connie) and Anne Peters (Tim); and his grandchildren, Bobbie Vierra-Sonnenshein (Jason), Christopher Peters (Marisol), Jessica Parker (Mark), Tara Gillaspie (Tim) and Morgan Tamm (Ben). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, 1 niece and 1 nephew from brother, 1 nephew from wife's sisters. 2 sisters-in-law.
