He is survived by: his mother Dorothe Paulik; his daughters, Sara Paulik (Tyrel Shepard), Stacy Arena (Michael) and Shannon Paulik (Jeron Groff); his grandchildren, Sherry, Austin, Shylee, Owen, Shayla, Shelsey, Westin, Elliott, Shelby and Carter; his sister Debbie Jennings; and his close friends, Arnie, Jayne Duesterbeck and Steve Strobe (Big Dad).
