He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kohfeldt and Loretta Kohfeldt. He is survived by: his wife Kay Lynn Kohfeldt; his son Kevin Kohfeldt (Sandy); his grandchildren, Allison, Lucas and Masen; and his sister Janet Tomczak (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other friends and family.
